Ordering & Delivery
Most Companion plates ship within our standard processing window. Each plate is precision laser-engraved to order. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking details.
There are four finishes: Black, Bronze, Silver, and Rose Gold. Each Companion memorial plate finish is crafted to complement both indoor and outdoor memorial settings.
No. The Companion package is a one-time purchase with no monthly subscription fees, and secure memorial hosting is included. A steel plate is $49.00 and an aluminum plate is $39.00.

The Companion QR Memorial Plate
Yes. The Companion plate is weatherproof and designed to withstand rain, snow, heat, and outdoor exposure when properly installed. It is made from premium stainless steel or aluminum and laser-engraved for long-term durability.
The QR code takes visitors directly to your pet’s personalized memorial page. There they can view photos, videos, and your written tribute.
We are committed to maintaining reliable long-term access. The QR code links to our secure digital infrastructure, and if you ever experience an issue, our team will verify and resolve it promptly.
Each plate includes an industrial-grade outdoor adhesive. It is designed for secure, long-lasting attachment to stone, metal, wood, and similar surfaces.
Portal & Memorial Page
Yes. Your secure portal account allows you to create, manage, and update your pet’s memorial page at any time.
Try the “Forgot password” option first, and make sure you are signing in with the same email you used at checkout. Check your spam folder for verification emails. If the issue continues, email support@legacyinmemoriam.com and our team will assist you directly.
Yes, whenever you wish. You may update the tribute, add new photos or videos, and manage contributors.
Yes. You may invite trusted family members to view or contribute to your pet’s memorial page through controlled access within your portal.
Memorial pages are private: they are not listed in search engines. Anyone with the QR code or the page link can view the memorial. Only you, and anyone you choose to invite, can manage it.
No. Memorial pages are not listed in search engines, so your pet’s page will not appear in Google search results. Anyone who has the QR code or the page link can still view it.
Photos & Media
Common formats such as JPG, PNG, and MP4 are supported. If you have questions about a specific format, our support team can assist.
The Companion package includes generous storage for photos and videos. If additional space is ever needed in the future, upgrade options may become available.
Yes. Your memorial page is connected to your secure account, and only authorized users can manage or modify its contents.
